Don't Pay for Diagnosis

Most automotive repair questions can be answered in a timely manner while you wait. A professional should be able to tell you what is causing your symptoms and quote a firm price without having to charge you for diagnosis. Some shops require that every moment of a technician’s time be billed to the customer. Clutch and Brake Doctors offers free inspections while you wait.  Clutch & Brake Doctors always provides a free initial consultation.

Is the shop equipped to perform the repair

We have all of the state of the art equipment needed to get you back on the road.  From simple oil changes to complex electronic diagnosis, we've got you covered.  We also subscribe to Identifix and Alldata so our information is always as current as it can be.  We can identify the problem quickly, with information in the bay with the technician.

Insist on New, Original Equipment Quality parts

The parts in your car were designed to certain manufacturers standards. Do not compromise the performance of your vehicle by installing inferior parts.  Any reputable shop will insist on using quality parts. Clutch & Brake Doctors uses parts that meet Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) standards when servicing your car. Clutch & Brake Doctors does not use remanufactured, or substandard parts when repairing your car.

Insist on Experience

Call around for an estimate

There is no reason that a shop should not be able to give you an initial diagnosis estimate over the phone. It is reasonable to expect to get an accurate telephone quote on what it might take to repair your car. Our initial diagnosis is free.

Warranty

Most parts manufacturers have a very limited warranty, and it is usually limited to manufacturing defects The shop you choose should reflect the confidence that they have in the parts they install. Better shops will offer a warranty that exceeds the limited manufacturers warranty.
