Does the card expire?
No. There's no time limit — use the oil changes whenever your car is due, however long that takes.

What if my car needs full synthetic or more than 5 quarts?
You'd pay the difference at the time of service — the upcharge depends on which oil your engine takes and its viscosity, so ask a service advisor and we'll quote it before we start. The card is priced on 5 quarts of semi-synthetic and a standard spin-on filter, but the credit applies toward any full-service oil change we do, so nothing is wasted if your engine needs the upgrade.

Can I buy another card when this one is used up?
Usually, yes — most members just pick up a new one. We do offer the program at our discretion, though. It's priced below what four oil changes cost individually because it's how we earn your repair work, so if a member consistently passes on the maintenance we document, we may not sell them a new card. It never affects a card you've already bought — those oil changes and discounts are yours until you use them.
Why We Can Price It This Way
Four full-service oil changes for $189 is less than they cost one at a time. We can do that because this program is how we introduce ourselves. Every oil change includes a Digital Vehicle Inspection — photographed and sent to your phone — so you can see exactly what your car needs and what can wait. We’re betting that when something does need doing, you’ll have us do it.
So there’s one string attached, and we’d rather say it plainly than bury it: the Complete Car Care Program is offered at our discretion. If a member consistently passes on the maintenance and repairs we document, we may not offer them a new card once the current one is used up.
A card you’ve bought is always good. Every oil change and every discount on it stays yours until you use it — this only affects whether we sell you another one. And there’s no pressure on any single visit: decline whatever you like, whenever you like. The inspection is there to inform you, not to push you.
The Fine Print
Nothing unusual here, but it’s your money, so here it is plainly:
- Not valid with any other specials or promotions.
- Priced on 5 quarts of semi-synthetic oil and a spin-on oil filter. The vast majority of vehicles take less than 5 quarts.
- If the oil filter for your vehicle costs more than $5.95 (retail shop cost), you pay the difference at the time of service.
- Full synthetic motor oil and upgraded filters cost extra, based on current shop pricing.
- Any additional oil must be purchased through our shop.
- Applies to most cars and light vehicles.
- All parts must be purchased through our shop so we can guarantee the quality and workmanship.
- Refunds on unused cards are handled case by case — if your situation changes, come talk to us.
- The program is offered at our discretion. We may decline to sell a new card to a member who consistently passes on the maintenance and repairs documented in their inspections. This never affects a card you have already purchased.
