I took my 25 year old Ford Ranger in for evaluation. Eli and team did a very thorough analysis. They also lubricated my seatbelt buckle because it was sticking. I highly recommend this business!

My Honda's A/C had been working intermittently for a long time. After my primary mechanic shop didn't solve the issue, I decided to try these guys after some recommendations from people in the area. I made an appointment online through their website and was able to leave notes there on what the problems were and what had already been tried to fix things. Day of the appointment, they got started right away and found the issue in less than 30 minutes! Ended up needing to do a full replace of my car's A/C system, but the price was reasonable and they got it done quickly! Blows cold air consistently now! They gave me a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on the job, so that gave me a great piece of mind. Also gave me a list of recommended maintenance tasks on my paperwork, but didn't try to upsell me or do a "while we're here/got the car open" spiel. Overall, very satisfied!

Had a turn light replaced and the light socket replaced. They worked me in without an appt. very good service and knew what my car needed!

Eli and team are a silver lining! Let’s face it, car problems (especially unexpected ones) are the worst! Not only did Motor Car Doctors get my car in for a new clutch & brakes immediately, they completed the job in one day! No one else that I had inquired with could even look at my car within that time, let alone complete the repairs. Eli is exceptionally thorough; they give photographic explanations, a detailed and reasonable price guide, along with text updates. Most importantly the team is friendly, empathetic and my car is running great a month out on repairs. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Not that price is everything, but the team here did the work for a very reasonable price and was extremely reliable, quick, and thorough. I think they even put air in one of my tires that was running low and that wasn’t an ask. Highly recommend this shop and will send my friends and family here going forward!

Needed new struts and brakes for my 2020 Nissan Cube, MotorCar Dr. were cheaper than the dealer, able to get my car in almost immediately and they kept me up to date with everything I needed and cost much less than the dealer. I’m fantastically happy with everything. Malik is wonderful, on top of everything. Eli knew my car and her needs, they both easily explained every detail to me in a way that anyone could understand. This is the place I've been looking for. I've experienced great customer service from Eli and Malik. Their technician, Joe, provided honest and straightforward diagnosis, and quality repairs on my vehicle. Work has been completed in a professional and timely manner. Prices are reasonable and affordable, especially compared to any dealership! Great communication. They've gone out of their way to provide the best possible customer satisfaction. I've detected no hype; no B.S.. I'm hoping Motor Car Doctors to become my regular Auto Repair service from now on. My car is finally getting it's needed repairs!

Went in for a check engine light. They Is diagnosed the porblem and suggested a couple other things.They were very honest and they got my car fixed in one day and got me back on the road. They are always looking out for me and always doing an amazing job. The customer service is fantastic and they always get me back on the road the same day.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Malik and Eli were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They were thorough with the pre-purchase inspection, took the time to address all of my concerns, and were very accommodating to my needs. Their customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciated how professional and helpful they were. I highly recommend them!

Not only did the guys get me in the same day in a bit of a timing emergency for my family, they kept up with me throughout the day on what the findings were and we were able to make a quick decision get the car fixed at home by the end of the day.

I have a Toyota Prius 2017. Coolant light went on and off, check engine light came on, and the heat wasn’t working. All these would have cost me at least $200 just to diagnose at Beaverton Toyota (you would think they would at least diagnose it for free since I bought the car from them). Motor Car Doctors took my car in for just over an hour. And they told me I owed them NOTHING! They explained the issue and the fixes. They didn’t even charge for the liquid stuff they used and the hour they spent helping me. What generosity! It was great service and business ethics 🙏🏽 Thank you for your time. I hope this review helps bring Toyota owners your way. Ditch Beaverton Toyota, guys! Even if I have to pay, I’m almost certain it will be at least half, if not less, than what I would have to pay at the dealership. Their website says they use Toyota-approved parts, so I see no reason to pay a premium price for less-than-great service!

Always courteous, always knowledgeable, always trustworthy... And they don't try to sell you on changing every fluid in your car for $1,500. The staff are amazing.

Exceptional care and professionalism. That is what Moto car doctors has been giving my family for about 15 years. We bring all of our vehicles there and we’ve never been disappointed. Eli runs the kind of shock once you find it you go there forever… having a trustworthy honest, hard-working mechanic is like finding the unicorn in the state and age so I just thought I would point out where you can go for reliable, trustworthy, and fair car repairs.

Very pleased with service, at MotorCar Doctors in Beaverton. They were very personable and addressed all of my concerns about maintenance and repair for my car. I was able to get an appointment right away. Eli and his associates did a great job and I'll be back! They spoke with me like a "guy" who has a basic grasp on mechanics, as a car enthusiast, rather than talking down to me or trying to upsell. My Honda runs noticeably smoother since having spark plugs replaced and fuel injection flushed. Very reasonable pricing, as well. So far, so good.

Really nice crew. I have 2016 Tesla models x with some low knocking noise when going over uneven roads and I wanted to just have my suspension inspected to see what might be causing the issue. They spent an hour of their time to look over everything and couldn’t find anything wrong with the suspension components that would clearly indicate being the culprit. Since they couldn’t find any clear indication of a failing component, they didn’t charge me for their time even though I fully expected to at least pay the diagnostic fee. At the very least, it’s great to know this shop is honest and takes care of their customers.

Car Motor Doctors did a great job replacing the clutch in my truck. They were efficient, quick, informative, and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything has been working great since the repair. I’d definitely recommend them.

Eli, specifically, is the reason I keep coming back here. His customer service and demeanor, even under pressure is top notch. If Jeff, the owner, is reading this, give Eli a raise. He’s irreplaceable.

We are so relived to have finally found a shop that is transparent, and goes above and beyond! Eli was very helpful. Him & his team did a wonderful job fixing up our Subaru. They offer financing through synchrony which made it possible for us to get work done on the car we just haven’t been able to for a while. On top of that we got a printed outline of what work needs done next and Eli took the time to label them in order of priority and walk through each service with me. Very happy with our experience!

Eli and his team are great. They are always transparent with the work they do without pressuring you for services you don’t need. I ditched my Honda dealership years ago, without looking back. Highly recommend if you want honest, quality work done.
