Motor Car Drs is absolutely the best around! Had my Red Service done on my car, my daughters car, and my sons car in the last two weeks. Some additional items needed done on two of the cars for maintenance of older vehicles. Front brakes, etc. Very reasonably priced! Outstanding customer service with Eli & Chris! My truck recently had a starter that needed replaced. They were quick about it. My brother that lives half a country away and is a technician said I got a fair price for what his company would quote. I'm happy to have it back quickly because I can't afford car rentals, Uber, or my insurance to go up for using their loaner car service

Chris at MotorCar Doctors had excellent customer service and communication. My alternator needed replaced and they were very upfront and fair about the pricing - no hidden fees or unexpected charges. They accommodated me when it was going to take me a few weeks after drop off to pay for my repair. They also let my friend pick it up with zero hassle while i was at work. I am definitely going to be coming back for future car concerns, and given that I have a used Ford Focus, they'll probably be seeing me a lot 😅

Not only did the guys get me in the same day in a bit of a timing emergency for my family, they kept up with me throughout the day on what the findings were and we were able to make a quick decision get the car fixed at home by the end of the day.

There are not enough words to say what I think about this car shop. Eli and Chris go above and beyond. They had been servicing my 2014 Kia Soul, but my engine died and I ended up with no car. They always took care of my car and I never had problems. They are thorough and efficient in everything they do, but what makes them stand out the most, is their amazing costumer service. My first experience today at Motor Car Doctors was totally positive from beginning to end. The assessment on my car was reasonably quick sending me a text listing what is immediately of need and what is possibly needed in the near future. I was only there to have my brakes assessed, but got much more. I found the price for front end brakes reasonable and all service was efficient. Each of the fellas I spoke with were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I’ll be back!

On my first visit Eli was very helpful, and I appreciated him explaining everything and giving recommendations without being pushy, not being pushy is extremely important to me. On my second visit Chris was at the front desk, he was friendly and easy to work with. Their work on my car appears to be excellent to my knowledge. They have a very welcoming area to wait.

Went in for a check engine light. They Is diagnosed the porblem and suggested a couple other things.They were very honest and they got my car fixed in one day and got me back on the road. They are always looking out for me and always doing an amazing job. The customer service is fantastic and they always get me back on the road the same day.

As the daughter of a mechanic, I have high standards for such establishments. I appreciate the no-nonsense and professional nature of this shop. Issues with my car were triaged and I was given a comprehensive, itemized estimate and was back on the road within a day. My car is driving much more smoothly and has more pickup now. Everyone at the shop was courteous and the office was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back for future services.
