They informed me of other issues and the level of severity, and we're very kind and transparent about their inspections and processes. These guys are great, I highly recommend this location.

After having a terrible experience at another shop I brought my car here. They figured out my clutch master and master slave cylinder needed replacements. It didn’t take them long at all to figure it out either. And after the other shop mis diagnosed my car and that shop having my car for days….it was a good feeling to have it figured out so quickly. They did a full inspection of my car, and 3 services for a way better price, and honestly got my car back in better condition then I gave it to them. Chris and Eli were both very communicative. They gave me a loaner car while my car was being worked on. I am very much appreciative of their help and now feel like I’ve found a place to trust working on my car. I have re fallen in love with driving my car all over again. Thank you!🙏

Needed some work done on my Suby. Rolled in late right before closing. The front desk person ran out to the parking lot to check quickly with the technician as they were leaving for the day to get a quick idea about what my issue was. The next day they diagnosed and described the issue with evidence to support. Great report via text. Chris was friendly and helpful on the phone. Thank you!

My girlfriends and I were on a road trip through Oregon and started having car trouble. We got in late Tuesday night and I started searching for mechanics in the area and came across MotorCar Doctors. We went in without an appointment and they were unable to take us that day but the guy behind the counter was able to do a very quick diagnostic and give us a sense of what was going on and he was able to refer us to the Meineke next door. Really appreciated how helpful he was.

The rear window on the driver side decided to not go up last week. Come to find out the motor was toast. So I went over to my guys and they took care of me in a timely manner as usual. As an afterthought I asked them to check my battery and they did put the little machine on it. I guess that then I spit out a ticket telling me that it was 100%. So at least something's going right with the car LOL. The technicians are always very efficient. But I have to say Eli and Chris. They're my buddies. Pat

I had pre-purchase inspection done here and it was excellent. They were thorough, reasonably priced, and provided a nicely color coded, electronic report immediately. They found leaky rear shocks which helped me negotiate a decent discount on the price.

Motorcar doctors (previously known as Clutch Doctors) are great, they have taken great care of Mimi (my beloved purple speed-demon vampire car) for the past 10-ish years, and they have (on several occasions) even done things for her that they didn't charge me for, and they always park Mimi inside when she stays overnight because she has a soft top (so I am paranoid about break ins if she is left in the parking lot over night). Today I took her in because she was squeaking underneath in a new way, and I was braced for needing transmission or suspension work, thinking omg what now (25 year old Miata, admittedly she is "at that age" where things can go wrong), I'm thinking omg his is going to be expensive. Turned out it was just a loose bolt and they didn't charge me. Thank you so much, I feel like you know Mimi (and me) so well. Here is to another 10 years 🙂

Nice people, prices are fair, Loaners available. They seem like a trustworthy shop. I will go back to them for service in the future. Take the auto generated, suggested maintenance report that they give you with a grain of salt, Helpful, but some of the suggested repairs on my car had already been completed and did not show up on their report.

We've taken our cars to them for years (multiple makes and models). I appreciate their suggestions of which repairs are safety issues and which can be deferred. Chris at MotorCar Doctors had excellent customer service and communication. My alternator needed replaced and they were very upfront and fair about the pricing - no hidden fees or unexpected charges. They accommodated me when it was going to take me a few weeks after drop off to pay for my repair. They also let my friend pick it up with zero hassle while i was at work. I am definitely going to be coming back for future car concerns, and given that I have a used Ford Focus, they'll probably be seeing me a lot 😅
