My girlfriends and I were on a road trip through Oregon and started having car trouble. The rear window on the driver side decided to not go up last week. Come to find out the motor was toast. So I went over to my guys and they took care of me in a timely manner as usual. As an afterthought I asked them to check my battery and they did put the little machine on it. I guess that then I spit out a ticket telling me that it was 100%. So at least something's going right with the car LOL. The technicians are always very efficient. But I have to say Eli and Chris. They're my buddies. Pat

Motorcar doctors (previously known as Clutch Doctors) are great, they have taken great care of Mimi (my beloved purple speed-demon vampire car) for the past 10-ish years, and they have (on several occasions) even done things for her that they didn't charge me for, and they always park Mimi inside when she stays overnight because she has a soft top (so I am paranoid about break ins if she is left in the parking lot over night). Today I took her in because she was squeaking underneath in a new way, and I was braced for needing transmission or suspension work, thinking omg what now (25 year old Miata, admittedly she is "at that age" where things can go wrong), I'm thinking omg his is going to be expensive. Turned out it was just a loose bolt and they didn't charge me. Thank you so much, I feel like you know Mimi (and me) so well. Here is to another 10 years 🙂

Chris at MotorCar Doctors had excellent customer service and communication. My alternator needed replaced and they were very upfront and fair about the pricing - no hidden fees or unexpected charges. They accommodated me when it was going to take me a few weeks after drop off to pay for my repair. They also let my friend pick it up with zero hassle while i was at work.
